Tovah is a member-driven organization, led by volunteers who work together with a
professional staff.  The Executive Committee provides day-to-day leadership and
guidance and works to develop, plan and execute programs, events and initiatives. The Board of Directors sets the policies and strategic direction for Tovah. 

The Executive Committee is appointed and installed annually and members of the Board of Directors serve three-year terms.
