I participated in Mitzvahs-in-a-Minute and attended a few social events over the years. Each one was meaningful and fun at the same time. With my youngest off to college, I found myself looking for ways to stay busy and to do something good for the community.

Becoming a member of Tovah’s Back 2 School Store Steering Committee gave me a chance to get to know more people, allowed me to do the work in ways that fit my schedule and ultimately, contribute to one of the best days of the year. Seeing those kids and parents smile as they arrived at the Store this summer brought it all together. I can’t wait to do even more!  – Felice F.

Retirement looks different for everyone. After an incredibly fulfilling career in corporate law, I wanted my “retirement” to be flexible, giving me time to focus on things that matter to me and my family, discovering new interests and of course, having lots of fun. I found all of that at Tovah, a wonderful, volunteer-led organization that offers so many ways to be involved.

I became a member, met new people, chaired events, joined the Board, then the Executive Committee. It has been an outstanding way to apply the skills I honed during my career and develop new skills, in a way that brings me joy and helps the people in my community. – Debra G

Tovah has been a big part of my life – and my family’s life – for as long as I can remember. Across generations, Tovah offers real opportunities to learn, lead and make a difference.

This is a unique group, welcoming everyone and always ready to get to work. I have seen our impact on issues ranging from menstrual equity to reproductive freedom to bicycle safety to so many others that matter to women, children and families.

I will always be proud to support Tovah – with my time, my passion or as an integral part of my philanthropy. Good things are always happening here! – Deborah S.
